On November 14, 1994 the Florence branch of IBM SEMEA SpA, an Italian quite understandable, for the operating system (the brain of the computer) running on IBM System 34 computer, claimed as follows:
"Products Program IBM 5726 operating system on IBM IBM only 34 are granted by the license to use, since it deals with licensed programs, and remain for ever owned IBM. Sincerely
